Świderski i Świderski Radcowie Prawni Spółka partnerska (hereinafter referred to as SiS) assures that it fully respects the right to privacy and personal data protection of the people who visit the website. We do not disclose to third parties users’ personal or contact information (including e-mail addresses).

Personal data collection and processing:

In the event that users use our website’s electronic forms to send any type of personal information (including postal addresses, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses), such information shall be collected and processed by us solely for the purpose of: 

  • providing replies to inquiries
  • preparing commercial offers within the scope of services offered by SiS.

The data, if collected, shall be protected under the August 28, 1997 Personal Data Protection Act (Dz. U. no. 133, item 833) and the Act on Rendering Electronic Services (Dz. U. no. 133, item 1204). The data shall be accessed only by selected administrators who are obliged to keep any such information a secret.  

Cookies:

For technical reasons some parts of our website may use cookies i.e. small text files sent to the user’s computer which identify the user in order to facilitate or cancel a given operation. Cookies are harmless for user’s computer and data. Cookies may be disabled on user’s computer and each browser offers the possibility to automatically reject cookies.  

IP address: 

Information about the IP address is stored in server’s system logs and contains the date of connection. Such information is used solely for statistical purposes (the number of visits) and does not make it possible to identify an individual user.
