Mass debt recovery

Our firm has vast experience in the area of mass debt recovery at the stages of court and court enforcement proceedings (hard debt recovery). The experience stems from the practice of legal counsel Łukasz Świderski. The mass debt recovery procedures developed and implemented by us are aimed at maximizing effectiveness and minimizing the costs borne by the client at each stage of hard debt recovery. We are able to achieve this goal thanks to:

proper formulation of agreements with mass clients which allows us to maximize the effectiveness of debt recovery,
selection of proper courts and court enforcement officers – personal contacts with courts and court enforcement officers allow us to prepare court letters tailored to specific recipient (court/court enforcement officer),
creating a clear and universal debt recovery procedure allowing for optimization of effectiveness and minimization of costs.

It is of great importance that we have gained our mass debt recovery experience in power industry (recovering receivables from the sales of electricity), which is a particularly difficult area for debt recovery due to the characteristics of the clients. We created and developed new debt recovery rules and procedures in ENEA S.A. (FINEA sp. z o.o., which was ENEA S.A.’s daughter company set up specifically for this purpose), which turned out to be the right move resulting in high effectiveness (86% of cases where debts were recovered fully, including the costs of proceedings and interests).
