The firm has vast experience in providing legal counsel at every stage of preparation and implementation of a project – from the pre-investment stage until the end of the complaints stage, including dealing with claims by sub-contractors. We have knowledge and experience which allow us to offer counsel to our clients (both ordering parties and contractors) during the negotiations and implementation stages, especially in the area of procedures related to settling funds from the European Union’s Structural Funds and financing projects from the state budget. Our lawyers supervised the preparation, implementation and settlement of contracts based on different types of standard agreements, including FIDIC, in the system of procurements conducted using state or European Union funds. Within that scope our firm provides legal counsel to contractors, local government and public entities.
